Mission:

Contributing to the common mission of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and organizing the implementation of training activities, scientific research, knowledge transfer in science and technology, providing high-quality human resources in the fields of infrastructure engineering, environmental technology and management, green growth, circular economy and low emissions, sustainable energy, meeting social needs and contributing to the sustainable development of the country .

Vision:

To develop into one of the leading units in training, scientific research, and technology transfer in the fields of environmental technology and engineering, circular economy, green, smart, and low-emission infrastructure, and sustainable energy in Vietnam, and to be recognized by international organizations and partners, through building and developing a modern, creative, innovative, and collaborative teaching, learning, and scientific research environment .
