3. Job Description

• Plan and implement technical documentation related to the installation of HVAC systems;
• Review drawings, identify technical errors, and propose solutions.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings;
• Prepare and monitor the progress of drawings and materials for project construction;
• Supervising construction, monitoring construction teams and contractors;
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment;
• Prepare quantity surveying documents and finalize project payments.

4. Candidate requirements

• University graduates in the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Chemical Engineering , or related fields;
• Having 1-3 years of experience in supervising the construction of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems;
• Possesses knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and construction supervision;
• Understanding the standards and legal regulations regarding construction management and mechanical and electrical engineering work;
• Honest, dynamic, responsible, and able to withstand work pressure;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project ;
• Willing to travel to provinces for business trips as required by the project.
