A flower of stone comes from the University of Civil Engineering.

 Nguyen Thi Oanh, born in 2000, from Nghe An province, a 4th-year student in the Environmental Engineering department at the University of Civil Engineering, is an exemplary, dynamic, and model member in her studies as well as in the activities of the Youth Union and Student Association.

Oanh is a prime example of the female students at the School of Construction, a flower of stone, always strong-willed, full of enthusiasm and responsibility in her journey of self-improvement and self-affirmation.

Oanh shared that, having enjoyed participating in extracurricular activities since her high school days, she chose the Student Union as a place to learn and pursue her passions during her university years after entering university. With her attractive appearance and excellent communication skills, Oanh began her journey in the Student Union as a member of the External Relations Committee.

After a period of active work and demonstrating her capabilities in the External Relations Department, Oanh was transferred to the Inspection Department as Deputy Head. Possessing the spirit and enthusiasm of youth in her work with the Student Union, Oanh is also an exemplary and pioneering Youth Union officer in the school's Youth Union activities.

Oanh actively participates in student activities.

Oanh's dedication has been recognized through outstanding achievements such as: achieving excellent results in student union activities and student movements in Hanoi in the 2018-2019 academic year; achieving excellent results in student union activities and student movements in Hanoi in the 2019-2020 academic year; achieving excellent results in student union activities and student movements in Hanoi for the 2019-2020 term. Alongside her active participation in the Student Union, Oanh also paid close attention to her studies. She completed a school-level scientific research project titled "Research on anaerobic decomposition technology of biodegradable organic waste" with her research group and won second prize.
