DAY OF THE WORLD 5/6

First held in 1972, World Environment Day became a global campaign to raise awareness and spur the actions of maintaining the natural environment, protecting the blue planet from the negative effects of humans.

Every year, the campaign will choose a specific subject to become the male needle for environmental activities around the world, reminding us that natural resources are not endless and that every small action we take today will decide the future of the next generation.

Environmental Engineering School-building University of Hanoi responds to the annual World Environment Day with such activities as: Environmental Cleaning, Reservation Foundation for Environmental, Planting Day, Planting Day... the activities that receive the participation of large numbers of students and staff of the department, thereby contributing to the awareness of environmental protection, promoting green lifestyles and increasing community responsibility for current environmental problems.

Environmental protection is not the work of a single organization or nation, it is our responsibility and rights. Let's respond to World Environment Day, starting from the right understanding, knowing enough, and then taking action from there for a greener, cleaner and more sustainable planet.
